Wake up to the sound of birds singing, enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace, and watch the cows grazing just a few steps from the trailer. If you’re looking to slow down for a few days, breathe in the fresh air, and experience the real countryside, you’ve come to the right place.

The trailer in Kadlatí is located on the outskirts of a small village near Tišnov, where the foxes say good night. It stands in a fenced-in garden among mature trees, about 100 meters from the forest, where you’ll park. It’s a place where birdsong will wake you in the morning and your thoughts will drift off to sleep under the starry sky in the evening.
The property is part of our small family farm. In the garden, you’ll be greeted by free-range hens and a rooster, several affectionate cats, and our cows grazing in the surrounding pastures. If you’re looking for an authentic countryside experience with all the trimmings, you’ll feel right at home here.
The surrounding countryside is perfect for hiking, biking, and peaceful strolls through nature. Just a few kilometers away lies Tišnov, home to the Klucanina observation tower, the Květnice nature trail, the Porta Coeli monastery, and the Svratecká Hornatina Nature Park.

The trailer comfortably accommodates up to four people. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchenette, drinking water, tea, coffee, a refrigerator, a gas stove, two double beds, bed linens, towels, eco-friendly toiletries, a dry toilet, and an outdoor pressure shower.
We generate electricity from solar power. You won’t find Wi-Fi here—and most guests tell us after their stay that they didn’t miss it at all. Instead of screens, you can enjoy the peace and quiet, the scent of the forest, the singing of birds, and evenings under a sky full of stars.

The trailer includes a terrace with seating, a gas grill, an outdoor sink, lounge chairs, and a bench with a view of the countryside. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, a glass of wine at sunset, or simply quietly watching the cows graze.

By prior arrangement, we’ll be happy to provide:

- A hearty country breakfast made mostly from homemade ingredients. It includes fresh eggs from our chickens, homemade baked goods, jams, granola, and seasonal treats prepared with love.

- Wines from winemaker František of Kobylí.

- Beers from local breweries and craft lemonades.

- A horseback ride through the surrounding area.

- A henna painting experience at a local studio.

Why “Maringotka v Kadlatí”?

You might be wondering why our maringotka is named “v Kadlatí.”
In Moravia, plums are called “kadlátky” in the local dialect. My grandfather always referred to the part of our garden with the old plum and apple orchard as “v Kadlatí.” When we built the trailer here many years later, it was clear to us that it couldn’t have any other name.
For us, it’s a small reminder of our grandfathers, our family history, and a place we love. We’re delighted that today we can share it with our guests as well.
