For visiting the city absolutely ideal land in walking distance from the center and the station. Possibly tram stop right in front of the house. We don't know how during the day (we only slept on the property), but at night it was absolutely quiet. There is potable water, clean bathhouse, fireplace with grill, ready wood, nice lawn, plus a newly lockable backpack box. Friendly owner. Definitely recommend, we would be happy to come again.
