Our land is located right on the border of the Brdy Protected Landscape Area, on the edge of the village. It is planted with trees, in the lee and private. In the village there is a shop, a pub, a perfect, well-kept, clean pond for swimming. Everywhere all bicycle paths, hiking trails, forest 10 minutes on foot. Nearby castle, monastery and quality gastro. Night sky at the top.
The property has a luxurious kadibouda with door and ceiling views, a fire pit with basic BBQ equipment, pallet seating, a "kitchen" island and a log cabin all in one. A couple of solar lights, a compost bin and a hedgehog house. There is also new potable water to the property.

Grassy driving surface. In winter or after heavy rains, we do not recommend going all the way down unless you have a quad. :) Street parking is available.

Please allow for the fact that the grass may not be perfectly cut. This is because it is mown for the horses, i.e. at a stage when it is at least a little overgrown.
IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO FEED THE HORSES IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD!!!
PLEASE SPRAY WITH WATER as much as possible.

Nice fenced plot with easy access at the end of a small village. On the site everything is super prepared and fancy.

Absolutely perfect land as a starting point to the Brda forests, fenced on all sides. In rainy weather I believe it may be less passable. The owner is very helpful. Kadibudka luxury. In Zaječov perfect restaurant Lidový dům, Strašice restaurant Na Poště 👍👍👍
