The land is as written in other reviews, but what was probably different for us was that the owners have sheep and goats on the land and before our arrival, they put them elsewhere, which they normally admitted to us. It's just that the garden is completely covered in animal shit, so there's no way to avoid it. We had shoes and a car full of it. Otherwise, a very nice fire pit, with plenty of wood, a clean tub, water for washing hands. Electricity on an extension cord, which was no problem. The whole garden is uphill, but there is something like a flat area at the bottom, that was fine.
