We stayed here again during NATO Days. The grounds are well-maintained and easily accessible. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use the promised electricity—there are six outlets on site, but they were all taken when we arrived, so there weren’t any left for us.
We especially appreciate how close it is to the airport where the event takes place—we avoided the morning traffic jams, which was great!
So this was the third time we’ve spent some truly wonderful days at this campsite, from where we watched the NATO Days this time. It’s a great spot for watching planes. This place is a very good starting point for trips around the area.For example, Studénka, the Railway Car Museum, Kopřivnice, Štramberk, etc. We’ll definitely be back 👍🙂
A nice, spacious plot on a gentle slope. When it’s wet, it’s hard for four-wheel-drive vehicles to make it to the upper part of the plot (that happened to me too after it rained). But otherwise, I’m satisfied—the owner’s a great guy. The view of the planes is a bonus.
The campground was beautiful and, above all, wonderfully peaceful. We were there right during NATO Days, and the location was absolutely perfect—we had a great view of the planes, which made the whole experience even better. The owner was very helpful.
The only minor drawback is that the site is on a slight slope and there’s only an outhouse available. Otherwise, we were very satisfied and can definitely recommend the campground. 👍
