we offer you a beautiful, well-kept, fenced plot of land in the picturesque village of Planiny. We make only one reservation for the land, so you have full privacy. Planiny belongs to the smallest village in the Pilsen region, which is surrounded by forests, meadows, natural ponds, rocks and is part of the Brdy Protected Landscape Area. This land is suitable for everyone :o) In front of the land there is a beautiful natural pond, which is suitable for swimming and children, because its bottom is about half paved and shallow. Whichever way you go, by bike or on foot, you will find only beautiful places.
Here are some examples:
Planinský Bůrek is one of the highest places in the vicinity and is about 2 km away from the property, Kokšín is a nature reserve, which is lined with a beautiful path through the forest complete with hand-painted pictures and there is also the Žofinčina well, which is only about 0.5 km away (in the direction of Hořehledy), Drahota pond is a beautiful, large natural pond in the middle of the woods and is about 3 km away, the lookout tower in Železný Újezd is with a view, where in good weather you can see the Alps and it is about 5 km away, the Mítov quarry is still a working quarry, in its upper part there is a sitting area, a beautiful view of the surroundings and the remains of the castle, it is about 3 km away, a beautiful viewpoint in Nechánice about 5 km away, the famous Padrtje ponds, which are about 6 km away, the Míšov grill is about 4 km away, Golf in Hořehledy about 4 km away and many other beautiful places. In the village it is possible to play ball games on the nearby playground, where there are also wooden tubs in case of need :o) Planinsko forests are in season full of mushrooms and blueberries. A bus runs through Planiny to nearby Nové Mitrovice, where there is a shop with a pub about 3 km away. In Spálené Poříčí there is a complete service including an ATM about 6 km away. Large towns such as Rokycany, Pilsen, Nepomuk, Příbram are about 20-35 km away.
Information about the plot:
The land is fenced, the gate will be equipped with a code lock (in the spring we will be finishing the fence between the neighbor, if you have pets that like to roam, we recommend a visit when the fence is finished, which could be during the month 05-2026)
The property has a paved driveway so you don't have to worry even in bad weather
There is an electricity connection on the property with a 16A circuit breaker, sockets for 230V and 400V (electricity will be billed according to actual consumption).
Water is provided by our own well, if necessary, we can rent a pump and hose (we do not charge for water, but we ask you to be economical with it, thank you).
Grey water can be poured on the property into the canal outlet, provided you use BIO preparations
There is no sewerage or wastewater system on the property, therefore it is NOT possible to dump the contents of the toilet or leave rubbish on the property
There are fruit trees of all kinds on the property, so if you can come when ripe, we would be happy for you to sample from our orchard :o)
The plot and garden is 1,882 m2, so if you are planning to go out with friends, no problem.
On the plot there is a fireplace with seating for quiet evenings.
