A place that feels like a trip to Grandma’s in the village, where we used to play
or wanted to play when we were little.
The cottage sleeps 2–3 people. Camping in the garden is possible by arrangement. The cottage is also equipped with a small refrigerator, an electric stove, a Nespresso coffee maker, a Sodastream, and some basic kitchen essentials, such as dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, and more.
I’d be happy if you chose Borůvka not only as a peaceful place to relax, but also as a great spot to meet up with friends.

- A semi-dry toilet with a septic tank next to the cabin. It is flushed with rainwater (metal buckets next to the toilet or in barrels).

Please use the property as you see fit, but be considerate of the other residents of the community and observe the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., as stipulated by the Svinařov ordinance.

It’s possible to arrange an earlier arrival.
Fires are allowed only in the fire pit and only when weather conditions permit.

Borůvka is a really nice, cozy little cabin—the fireplace is great, and it has a fridge, a hot plate, running water, a toilet, a coffee maker... We had everything we needed. The owner was really nice. Thank you.
Borůvka is such a cozy and pleasant place where my dog and I enjoyed relaxing and spending evenings by the fire :) We really loved it here and would love to come back sometime! ❤️
I highly recommend the Borůvka cabin. I stayed here with my dog, and we both had a wonderful time. I especially loved sitting by the fireplace with a cup of coffee. That fireplace is just amazing—it totally reminded me of my childhood at my parents’ house, where they also have a fireplace. Everything you need is there, including a fridge and little extras like oil, honey, and spices, which I really appreciate. For the coffee machine capsules, you leave 20 CZK in the cash box for the owner (or you can pay via QR code), but I don’t view this negatively at all, because it’s an extra perk and the capsules aren’t exactly cheap. So I understand, and it’s not a problem. I used them quite a bit. I was worried it would be cold in the cabin, but there’s an electric space heater that warms it up really quickly—and after that, I didn’t even use it anymore, because the fireplace heats the room up just as fast, and sometimes I was even too hot. There are really plenty of places to visit within walking distance. I’d really like to thank the owner for letting us stay in her cabin for a few days and, most importantly, for making it dog-friendly.
A picturesque and peaceful spot—absolutely perfect for relaxing! The property is fenced in, so even our four-legged friend really enjoyed it. It’s located right next to a hiking trail, so you can head out on a hike in the woods right away. We definitely recommend it!
