Orchard by the river Metuje,village Dolsko

Plot of land on an unfenced orchard on flat land at the far end of the village.Directly on the pitch there are 220V sockets,a tap with drinking water and a hose to refill the tanks,a chemical toilet sink and a shower with hot water.There is also a kitchen covered corner with a sink and hot water,lines with pegs for drying laundry.Toilet facilities are also available for those staying on site by the river.Access to the property is on tarmac,the land is on level ground.Firewood is prepared free of charge on a marked pile,axe and saw is hung on the wall in the kitchen corner.There is a charcoal grill,toasting fork and I can possibly lend a gas double cooker. There is a metal fireplace for roasting and 3 benches on the property.Please do not take wood from the private dump.Beautiful swimming in Metuji,in several places.Suitable place for fishing.Possibly fishing and swimming at the Rozkoš dam/2km/. Connection by quiet roads to the cycle path Hradec-Kuks or cycle path along the river Úpa.Access to the orchard on asphalt road,spacious enough for larger caravans.Bus and train station 2km. Grocery Nahořany and Černčice 2 km away,open daily 7-16 hours.Every Friday open pub at Mlynář/1km/ beer,limo.In Nahořany municipal inn open daily,including hot meals and ice cream on tap/2km/. Slavětín pub,open Friday Saturday and Sunday,including hot meals. In the vicinity of Babiččino valley,Eagle mountains,Dvůr Králové zoo,Kuks,Poland spa.Possibility to rent a boat in Nové Město and come along the Metuji river directly to the property. In case of stranding on , tractor available.Caution when using navigation GOOGLE,leads to the place on nonsensical dirt roads.Access to the village is always only on asphalt road!! Staying on the land is at your own risk and I am not responsible for any damage to property and health.I only allow small dogs of "couch" breeds on the land on the set.
