Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
A dirt road (dirt and grass) approximately 1 km long leads to the secluded property. The road is slightly sloping and can be more easily driven on.

The land is located right in the heart of the wine trails of Slovácko. You can go for a leisurely ride among the vineyards or get fit in the hills of nearby Chřiby. The surrounding area offers dozens of kilometres of marked trails for road and mountain bikes, which will take you through a beautiful landscape with views of castles and chateaus.

In close proximity is the Újezdec water reservoir, ideal for walks and relaxation by the water. For fishing opportunities, we recommend checking with the local associations, or use the famous Osvětimany dam (3 km), which is an official fishery.

Just a few steps below the property is a quiet water reservoir Újezdec. It is an ideal place for a morning walk or evening relaxation by the water. Unlike large reservoirs, here you will find a more intimate atmosphere and tranquility that perfectly complements the overall comfort of our solitude.

An ideal starting point for exploring the Chřiby Mountains. Just a few kilometres away you can see the majestic Buchlov Castle, the Barborka pilgrimage site or rock formations such as the Kazatelna. For quieter walks, just walk directly from the property into the surrounding old orchards and vineyards, where you will not meet a single living person.
