If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of civilization, this is the place for you. We felt right at home in the RV. You’ll want for nothing here. The owner is wonderful and gladly explained the basics of how to use the RV, which we—as complete RV novices—really appreciated. You might even sleep better than you do at home. Clean bedding was provided, and even the taller members of our group had no trouble with the space. There’s a stove, basic cookware, drinking water, a toilet, and a shower. And for longer stays, there’s a lovely, clean outhouse with a view of the forest and running water for washing. Near the camper, there are also spots for tent campers, and these are equally lovely, with a beautiful, well-maintained lawn and fire pits. We were alone on the property, but I think that even if others had been staying nearby, we wouldn’t have disturbed each other at all. The road to the property is manageable (we drove an Octavia III); just a short stretch right after the railroad crossing is rough, but the rest is a standard rocky forest road.

A short stretch of the road is indeed bumpy; we ended up leaving our car down below the track because our vehicle has a very low suspension, so we didn’t want to take any chances. But it didn’t matter at all—it wasn’t far.
It’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer.
