About 300 meters from the farm is a reservoir where, by arrangement, you can go fishing, and if water conditions are favorable, you can even go for a swim there. There’s a grocery store right in the village (about 1 km away), and in the late afternoon, you can enjoy a draft beer at the local soccer field (300 m from the property).
The pumps, aerators, and filter on the farm are more or less constantly running, which creates some hum and noise that might disturb some of you. Although initial feedback has indicated that this hasn’t been a problem so far, we’d like to bring this to your attention just in case.

By arrangement, fishing is available on the adjacent 1.5-hectare pond (carp, grass carp, pike, catfish, and black bass). You must bring your own equipment (barbless hooks). Please handle your catch as gently as possible. You can purchase the fish and grill it on the property.

Swimming in a pond 300 meters away (pond water). Upon request, we can fill tubs with well water for the children right on the property.

You can tour our greenhouse to see the cacti and succulents, with the option to purchase them.
Four-legged pets: Dogs are welcome here, but only on a leash or under strict supervision right next to your RV or tent. Dogs are strictly prohibited from running loose on the grounds and around the game reserve fence. Thank you for respecting the peace and quiet needed by the wildlife :) Please clean up after your dog.
Fires may only be lit in the designated fire pit.
It is strictly prohibited to tamper with any electrical controls around the fish ponds. Thank you for respecting your own safety and that of the fish.
Smoking is permitted, but please do not discard cigarette butts on the ground.
You may move freely throughout the entire fish farm grounds, with the exception of the sales shed and the trailer. Entry to the game reserve is permitted only with the owner.
We sort waste into bins right on the farm. We strive to care for our Earth and live in harmony with nature.
By prior arrangement, we’re happy to fill your containers with drinking water free of charge.
The premises are locked, but you’ll have a key available throughout your stay. During the farm’s operating hours, the gates are unlocked, but the owner is always present, so you don’t have to worry about your belongings :)

A property description that truly reflects reality. A very nice and pleasant place, perfectly maintained, peaceful, and quiet. The owner is accommodating and friendly. Note: There may be a discharge point for the toilet tank and gray water about 400m from the property. We highly recommend this location.
Everything's fine. It's just that the sites are located along a busy road, and the wire fence doesn't provide much privacy. A green screen on the fence would solve that. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied—great setting.

A beautiful and peaceful place that reminds one of an English park near a castle. The owner was very kind and helpful; he readily helped us resolve a problem with the electrical connection right away, and for a small fee—as agreed—he even provided fresh trout, which he gutted for us on the spot—simply fantastic. The nearby pond is also great for fishing. The kids loved the fallow deer in the game reserve and the very friendly and playful baby goats.
Beautiful fish ponds with a well-maintained grove and a view of a game reserve—peace and tranquility. The owner was very friendly, communication was excellent, and we took advantage of the opportunity to buy some excellent trout for the grill. There are beautiful forests and hiking trails nearby. We’d love to come back.
One of the best places we’ve ever camped. The beautiful natural surroundings feel like a well-maintained park, complete with water, animals, trees, and lush greenery. It’s completely peaceful here, and you can truly unwind. The pumps that aerate the fish ponds create a sound exactly like being in the mountains near small waterfalls. The owner is a very kind and friendly man whom everyone would want to be friends with right away. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
