Pěkné místo v tak trochu zapomenutém kraji nedaleko Prahy. Majitel to má pěkně odladěné, včetně třeba dostatku užitkové vody. Nedaleko je malebné údolí zlatonosné Kocáby, prudké srázy, výhledy, na chození ideál. V Bratřínově obchod a točená zmrzlina, v Lečici třeba retro trampská hospoda MASH.
