An unused plot of land that I decided to improve and make available to decent and relaxed travellers. It has a beautiful view of the Erzgebirge "giants" (Klínovec and Fichtelberg) and other hills and towns. There is a kadibudka, a swing, a fireplace, an outlet and the possibility to run drinking water.

When picking a date, check the bivouac's Facebook page to see if there is an event going on, you are welcome to go anyway, just so you don't mind =)

It is possible to rent a large "gazebo" on site by arrangement, which is suitable in rainy weather for a larger group of people. (For 100 CZK/day)

We support the Czech Trail although we are not directly on it. Anyway, we are in the program: hikers welcome, so it is possible that someone will use the land for an overnight stay.

Just below the bivouac (1 km) are rather bouldering rocks. You can go to the surroundings for bigger climbing, the most famous area is probably Perštejn (25 km from the bivouac), 20 km from the bivouac there are also ferraty in Wolkenstein.

10 km from the bivouac is one of the largest ski resorts Klínovec and Fichtelberg.

The land is primarily intended for tents or two small Caravelle type vans.

We ask that the caravans remain on the edge of the plot, defined by large stones - a place for car parking.

My parents, who have a border collie, live next to the property and she occasionally manages to escape from the garden. But she doesn't do anything. If by any chance a wolf comes to greet you, he's our canine partner, he's extremely friendly and might check to see if you have anything good somewhere, so hide the food immediately. However, something like this happens once or twice a decade at most...

A beautiful place more or less secluded. Super possibility to legally use the fireplace with wood from the forest nearby. A great opportunity to use the fridge when it is not full and the kettle. Noise from the surrounding houses is almost inaudible and stargazing is a blast. Definitely doporučuju❤️

The land is located on the very outskirts of the city, so guaranteed peace. Sunset views, sheer luxury. The facilities here are truly above standard and the shed/kitchen was very pleasing, a great idea for us :) you can see that the owner takes proper care and attention to this place, thank you :)

It was my first time at Bezkempu and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was all alone on the property, so it was quiet, relaxing and a beautiful view of Vejprty and the sunsets behind it. Kadibudka perfect. Otherwise I had water and electricity all with me even when not needed, on the property it was available. The owners take proper care.

Amazing lot with great upscale amenities. Beautiful view, when you notice a little that behind the line the grass is greener. Well designed dry toilet. Lots of elements to relax and entertain. This property is still a work in progress but is already of a high standard. One heart to spare, for the next booking. The only thing - a bit chaotic parking. Zero communication from the owner, nothing needed to be addressed, but when I compare the welcome at others for example...
