In the picturesque village of Chalupy, where the road ends, there is a large unfenced meadow, in the middle of which stands the lookout tower "Chalupská Štěpánka" and a playground, which divides the land into two sectors. Camping, at the back of the meadow behind the playground and the lookout tower, is more private and quiet, including the cut-out habitats. The land is private, freely accessible and heavily used by the public and tourists especially around the lookout tower and playground. The rear sector behind the tower offers more privacy, there are prepared and cut sites. This site is only a mini-camp, it is not a stay in the tower. Large plot in a beautiful location. Mr. owner very helpful. On site utility water, dry toilet. Also a playground for children and the possibility to use the fireplace.
The only minus, which is not the owner's fault, was the nearby cowshed. Lots of noise late in the evening and early in the morning.
We would love to return sometime. Thanks!

It's a great place. We were alone in the whole tent area, only other people were sleeping in the tower. The kids don't want to leave. We are only here for 1 night but I already know that next time we go this way, we will definitely come again. Mr. owner super, helpful, accommodating, in the evening he opened the lookout tower for us. It has all the facilities you could wish for camping, albeit a bit spartan. Two dry toilets, clean, toilet paper on site, next to a parked cistern with utility water, next to a train to heat water for showers, then seating made with pallets and coils of fiber optic cables, in the evening there are even light bulbs, the possibility of barbecue, fireplace, of course the biggest bonus is the playground for the little ones, and for the older ones then football with goals and trampoline. I can definitely recommend with all 10. Thanks a lot. Moreover, the prices are very popular.
