Beautiful, sunny, very spacious and yet cozy place, lined with a clear stream and forest, far enough away from crowded tourist centers, yet very close to all interesting destinations (e.g. Deštné v Orlických horách, Šerlich, Velká Deštná, Říčky v Orlických horách, famous bunkers and fortifications, charming lookout towers...)
Thanks to the immediate proximity to the forest, the chirping of songbirds can be heard in the valley all year round, deer, hares and other forest animals are popular here, sometimes a cottager or a passing cyclist.
We offer open arms with the possibility of additional support - a brochure with more detailed hiking tips - so that you can really relax, even from unnecessary thinking..., it is also possible to bring baked goods in the morning, take a ride to the starting point for the hike, rent anything you will miss... everything is by appointment. ;-)

The property is easy to access even in bad weather
The paved driveway to the property is passable with the utmost care. In winter it is essential to have a 4x4 vehicle, off-road chassis, snow chains and other winter equipment such as a shovel and rope. We will be happy to provide you with up-to-date information on the road conditions during the snow season! :-)

Lots of beautiful bike paths, one of them runs right past the property. Tips for cycling trips are available on site. :-)

Directly from the property you can go cross-country skiing /snowshoeing, skialpy/ on the surrounding hills with views. In the vicinity there are popular ski resorts.

Refreshing bathing in the pool of the mountain stream, for lovers of public swimming pools there is a possibility of swimming in Bystry, Dobry, Dobruška, Broumar pond in Opočno, Rozkoš water reservoir, or Wodny Świat Kudowa-Zdrój.

Please use the barbecue only on the panel road. If you are the lucky owner of a grill with long enough legs and do not burn the lawn, you can grill anywhere.
Fires are only allowed in designated areas (fire pits).

This place is a complete paradise. The owner contacted us with information right after booking and prepared a little surprise as a welcome, it was very nice.
There is the possibility of many hiking trips around the area, everything is beautifully summarized in the "guide" on the site.
I would just like to point out that it is not totally secluded, there are some lovely cottages across the stream..but that's not a problem at all.
We will definitely return to this place and take the neighbours too! Thank you
Beautiful place with very attentive hosts and pleasant, nice communication. We would love to come back. The positives of the place have already been described by other guests and I fully agree with them - the rating speaks for itself.
I will, however, take the liberty of mentioning one small detail that has not yet appeared in the reviews. There is a stream running through one side of the property and behind it are several cottages. These are not permanently occupied buildings, but when we arrived, the hut directly opposite our campsite was occupied by a rather noisy family (meaning a normally noisy family with children). So if someone is looking for complete peace and total privacy in the countryside, this can be a distraction. We originally considered making arrangements with the owners to re-park, but in the end the family left that day and the rest of our stay was completely uneventful and perfect.
Nice place, very enclosed, no views. The meadow is smaller than it looks in the photos.
But otherwise nice and clean.
Beautiful place, we were satisfied. Nice welcome from the owner, the land beautifully landscaped, beautiful creek in which you can swim. Access down the hill as so, but I didn't know how to get off the land with my car and trailer, if you have a car with a weaker engine than me, it's a problem. I had to be pulled onto the main road by a friend with his car.
Beautiful, romantic, quiet place. Very nicely landscaped mowed flat standing . Well maintained place owners really take great care. Communication and attitude of the owners is top notch with several stars . Very nice was the sweet welcome for us and also a gift for our four legged partner. We recommend this place to all lovers of silence and nature.
