It was Covid that de facto forced us to buy a property in the Alps, as crossing borders was easier and now we are at the stage where we are happy to share it with other campers. The chalet is located in a picturesque village just a short distance from the popular ski area of Nassfeld, where there are plenty of trekking or cycling opportunities during the summer, and close to the borders with Italy and Slovenia, where you can find other activities if the surrounding hills are not enough or you want to pop in for a pizza.For all campers we offer the acquired property, which has up to 5 beds (double bed, sofa bed extra bed in the form of a mattress) a small kitchen and a bathroom with hot water.As a great bonus is the terrace, which invites you to sit with a coffee, as well as to spend homeoffice in today's still covidové time and you still feel that you are in nature.

I'm sorry, unfortunately the accommodation let us down a bit. After previous guests there was dog hair in the apartment and on the balcony, which belongs to the previous guests.
The promised WiFi did not work as previous guests had paid out their data and was not due to be restored until a week later. The balconies unfortunately could not be used much due to the large amount of wasps. But I understand that it is difficult to deal with these things remotely.
The views and scenery in the surrounding area is truly amazing, well worth a visit.

Great location for trips to the surrounding area, 30 min drive to Nasffeld arena (skiing), 30 min Villach (thermal baths, Maibachl), 30 min Italy Tarvisio (skiing) and about 45 min Slovenia (skiing, lake Jasná, nature reserve Zelenci). Accommodation was fine (hot and warm water, clean), everything was as described.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything clean, practically facilities.
Otherwise we came for skiing, so the ski resort Nassfeld is absolutely divine with 100 km of slopes. And while taking a break from skiing we discovered Villach, the Villach Alpine Road to Dobrasch, the thermal stream Maibachl where we took a bath, Hermagor and the lakes Pressenger and Weissen. But there are plenty of places to discover in summer too.
