For RVs and trailers, by arrangement, you can park on a paved lot next to the guesthouse during rainy weather or in winter; alternatively, a mowed meadow is available where even campers can enjoy the magical view of the Krkonoše Mountains.
Parking outside the meadow is shared with other guesthouse guests. We’re unable to keep the calendar up to date—therefore, we confirm reservations after receiving your request. Alternatively, please send us an inquiry in advance.
There are plenty of bike trails and beautiful views in the area. In the winter, cross-country ski trails run right next to the parking area.
The Šachty Ski Resort is just a short walk away and borders our property.
You can also enjoy a delicious meal here, take a hot shower, and even use the sauna with a hot tub :)
Please note that there is a recreational fee of 25 Kč per night per adult.

Trouble-free arrival even in bad weather
The paved parking area behind the guesthouse is maintained all year round, and therefore there is no risk of worse passability on the property.The more difficult access is in wet weather to the meadow and in winter inaccessible (by arrangement).

A slightly sloping but well-maintained lot, with access to water and electricity. The owner was very helpful. There’s a portable toilet on the lot, but we were able to use the nice, clean restrooms and showers at the owner’s guesthouse. Everything was great.

A nice place, decent facilities, great communication, and friendly owners (the guesthouse operators). Guests can use the nice showers (and sauna) inside the building, and there’s a garden bar with draft beer. How peaceful the grounds are depends on who happens to be staying at the guesthouse at the time. We had a dance party one evening and a nighttime scavenger hunt the next—it was more of a fun time for our daughter—but I wouldn’t exactly call it romantic—even though the night sky was beautiful! The horses aren’t there anymore, so don’t make the same mistake and promise them to the kids :)

The combination of the location, the setting, the view, the peacefulness, and the food makes this one of the best places we’ve visited.

It’s a good idea to bring larger wedges, but you can manage with regular ones too… 😉
Unfortunately, I can’t leave a review. When we arrived, we were unable to contact the property owner. The field near the property was full of parked cars, and I couldn’t find a place to spend the night in our RV. My review isn’t negative; perhaps our expectations were higher than what the accommodation could offer. So we spent the night elsewhere.
