It was Covid that de facto forced us to buy a property in the Alps, as crossing borders was easier and now we are at the stage where we are happy to share it with other campers. The chalet is located in the picturesque village of Sella Nevea just over the Austrian-Italian border. The amenities are both on site in summer and winter, and close to both the Austrian and Slovenian borders, where you'll find other activities if by chance the surrounding hills aren't enough, or you want to take a short hop to Slovenia's Krems, for example.For all campers we offer the acquired object, which has up to 4 beds (double bed, bunk bed extra bed in the form of a mattress in a drawer), a small kitchen and a bathroom with hot water.As a great bonus is the terrace, which invites you to sit with a coffee, as well as to spend homeoffice in today's increasingly post-covidové time and you still have the feeling of being in nature.

Nicely furnished apartment in an older apartment building. Nothing beyond the basic things are really missing here. For a family with two children the size is sufficient, the beds comfortable. Everything is clean and thanks to the size of the apartment, cleaning doesn't take too long. We were surprised that even in the middle of the season we did not meet many people in the mountains. In summer swimming in the lake below the saddle is great. The Fontanon di Goriuda waterfall is a nice place, but the spring above it with the cave outlet is much more interesting...especially when you come across an inflatable boat after 20m in the cave with the kids. And more beautiful waterfalls and cold rivers in the slippery area below the saddle.

A great place for mountain lovers. Ferrata to Mangart also for children. Right in the place of accommodation training rock for climbing. Short walk to great swimming in Austria and Slovenia with Triglaven around the corner :)

Adequately equipped apartment in an amazing location.In a four person dog it's a lot of punk but we were primarily looking for an overnight stay and it met 100%. Communication with the owner was perfect.Thank you so much for providing the accommodation!!!👌

The living space with a lovely bathroom and a fairly large terrace is smaller but equipped with everything we needed, so we (2 adults, a bigger child and a small dog) felt comfortable and didn't miss anything. Great location, lots of opportunities to enjoy mountain treks and trips to the valley with beautiful lakes. Communication with the owner excellent. We recommend to all.
