Behind the mountains, behind the mines, close to Malá Fatra, there is a picturesque little cottage called Lutis. A cottage with the soul of a romantic caravan. And whether you are returning in summer after a challenging mountain trek or in winter after a day of skiing, it will always provide you with a warm and safe haven.

The cottage, standing at the end of the small village of Lutis, can accommodate two adults all year round. Thermal comfort is ensured by a glass fireplace stove, which not only heats up the space almost instantly, but also easily elevates every glow to a romantic experience. At first glance, the cottage may seem modestly sized, but don't worry, you'll find everything you need inside. During the day, you can comfortably sprawl out on the couch, which you can easily turn into a bed for two (bed 140x200) in the evening. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a gas cooker for preparing coffee and other small dishes. Breakfast can be enjoyed at the table, nice and warm next to the stove or outside, accompanied by the birds singing. We leave it up to you whether you decide to take a break from the digital world, or make a home office in the cottage - your laptop and phone can be connected to the network, thanks to our solar panel on the roof of the cottage. Hygiene is ensured by an outdoor bathhouse, camping shower and last but not least by the mountain stream flowing just below the windows of the cabin.

The cycling paradise offers more than 645 km of cycle paths of varying difficulty. Most of them are MTB, but you will also find asphalt off-road cycle paths, routes for adrenaline riders and for recreational cyclists with little ones.

Very cozy place :) The cottage is tiny but cleverly thought out, all the essentials are available. We slept comfortably. :) In periods when it rains a little, I recommend bringing some of that extra usable water. We had plenty of drinking water available. Thank you, it was great.

A small minus for the non-functioning fridge, otherwise everything in nice,clean and well thought out. Pity about the dried up brook😀. Hikes around beautiful, we enjoyed our stay , even if the weather betrayed us in the end. Thanks.

A charming little cottage that exceeded our expectations. It is obvious that the owners have equipped it with thought and care, you will find everything you need here. In addition, everything is somehow cleverly thought out. Comfortable sleeping, an internal folding table, shelves, hooks, ...
We were impressed by the fully equipped kitchenette with all kinds of utensils, cups, glasses, teapot, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking on the gas cooker on the beautiful outdoor table.
There was hardly any water in the creek at the moment, so it wasn't for swimming, but we could chill a beer. Showering with rainwater from the keg was beyond pleasant.
Access to the cabin was easy, a paved road leads almost to the property. Only the last few meters is a "forest" road, even after rain, beautifully passable.
A great bonus is the Coop in the village, about a 15 minute walk. It proved useful for stocking up on supplies during a longer stay. We also used the Wellness on the owners recommendation, the hot shower midweek came in handy. And the views over the cottage to the surrounding hills are amazing.
If possible, we would love to return sometime!

Fabulous cottage in a beautiful location and ideal location. The cottage is well thought out to the last detail and we found nothing lacking. A very nice detail was the beautifully scented bedding, which we really appreciated after a few days in the countryside. It may be tiny but it is perfectly furnished and you definitely won't feel cramped, quite the opposite. Very pleasant communication with the owners and definitely one of the best camping experiences for us! We definitely plan to visit again, thank you so much for the experience!
