Do you love fishing and swimming? Come to our marquee right by the Rozkoš water reservoir near Lhota near Nahorany. We offer for rent a furnished maringotka, 4x beds (please bring your own blankets and bed linen. Or sleeping bags), equipped kitchen, seating for 4 people, wood stove. Maringotka is located in the upper part of the property, the land fully fenced with forestry mesh. In a quiet location about 70 m from the shore. Stands are separated by planted trees.
The plot and the entrance to the plot is located on a gentle slope. The last part of the road is dusty.

Of course there is free firewood. Lava stone also available in the marquee - please clean and return to the marquee before leaving. There is no fridge in the marquee. No drinking water. You must bring your own.

There are two more pitches under the marquee for caravans, motorhomes or tents. If you require exclusivity, please book these pitches as well. Otherwise, these spaces may be reserved by other interested non-campers.

At present, the marquee has had to be covered with bird netting. A scarecrow uncompromisingly got into it and started destroying it quite nicely. We have secured, repaired and secured everything so that he has stopped enjoying it. So sorry about the green netting around the marquee, it doesn't restrict guests from staying in any way, it's just protecting the wooden cladding of the house. Thank you and understanding.

shower / washroom - On the plot there is an underground tank for utility water. You can simply draw it from the garden tap next to the tank. Just turn on the switch on the side of the wooden post and the water will flow (after about 30sec before it flows from the tank!). Don't forget to turn the water off again with the switch. There is a solar shower hidden behind the marquee, here you can wash yourself. Don't forget to top up the water in the barrel after use for other visitors with the hose (it's under the marquee) - connect it at the garden tap by the tank and at the shower side to the top of the barrel. The water is topped up and then flows out of the barrel when showering alone.

Well-equipped marquee, inside running water for washing up, gas cooker, outside super shower and downstairs dry toilet. Phone can be recharged via USB. The outdoor screen of the marquee also serves well against mosquitoes (we had our own screen for the door with us - great). The place is quiet, beautiful sitting by the fire, a short walk to the water (clean, suitable water shoes).

This was a blast according to my expectations. Too bad the lake which is 100 m from the property is in a cove where the water is not 100% clear - but the kids enjoyed it

Everything in order, good communication with the owners. The place is nice, right next to the water - a quiet bay Rozkoše, where there were not too many people. Only in the evening unwanted "disco" from the nearby land, but unfortunately this can not be influenced much. There could have been a bigger water supply in the marquee - we used it up during the first day, but then there is still running water outside, so it wasn't such a problem. The access is well described, we found it without any problems. We would be happy to come again.

This place is a real gem for all lovers of nature and peace.
The beautiful sunny plot is carefully fenced, ensuring maximum privacy and security.
One of the biggest pluses is the super furnished marquee and seating area with prepared wood, which is perfect for evening campfires and barbecues. Cold utility water is available which is great for basic needs and refreshments.
A very pleasant surprise is the outdoor shower, which is great after a barbecue or sunbathing. The beach is just across the path so you have a view of the water and easy access to the beach which is beautiful and clean.
This place is also perfect for families with dogs, as it is dogfriendly and offers plenty of room for your four-legged pets (we were with a young female and a small puppy, and it was mainly because of him that I was looking for an all-private property).
Overall, this campground is a perfect choice for those looking for quiet, privacy and a beautiful natural setting.
I would recommend it to everyone, we certainly haven't been for the last time 😊
