Land nice, clean, pergola such a pretty outdated and seating. No water in the barrels, just 3 rusty drops 😀 Mr. owner that we have to go to the river, so we were a little folding and we found another place

Unfortunately we did not stay on the property after a short visit. The evening we were supposed to camp on the property, heavy thunderstorms came unexpectedly. We drove to the property just before the rain hit and knew upon arrival that the drive back after the rain would be very problematic with an outdoor shower from the tank and possible electricity. We didn't care about the electricity, but we wanted the shower - the tank was not ready. Grass mowed, the rest is equivalent to the price for the night I would say. :)
We didn't contact the owner due to a fast approaching storm, so I don't want to rate it downright negative, maybe an alternative for a shower would come from the owner. The property is a short distance from the river - about 200 yards, but not right next to it.

Quiet place, even though it is by a quite busy road - we heard almost nothing. Occasionally a dog/walker runs from the next exercise yard and it smells quite bad by the fence.
We took our gear but we didn't have to- everything was there!
It's very private (unless other people come camping).
We also paid for electricity, which we had already prepared in a huge pergola.
We were satisfied. We enjoyed the weekend.

The place is nicely hidden and cozy 😊There is a lot of space for tents and the ground is quite flat.For undemanding people it is a great place 😉 Next to it there are dogs that can be heard but it is not so bad. You have to pour water into the pump from the top and then it will flow 😉 There is no water in the big tank so you can't wash underneath. For me satisfaction and I will definitely come back 🌻
