Caravan in fenced garden - Slatiňany #6229

Garden in Slatiňany of 1000m2 in a beautiful landscape. The caravan placed here is for sleeping for 4 -5 people. In the bedroom there is a bed for two people and in the kitchen - living room there is a sofa seat and here can sleep 2-3 people. The whole caravan has been completely renovated. There is a new bed and a new mattress, a whole new seating in the kitchen and more. There is running hot and cold water, shower. Please use the outside toilet which is located in the garden. There is one chemical toilet and one toi,toi in the garden. There is a small fridge in the caravan and a second large fridge in the tin garage, this also cools better. In the caravan there is a TV, gas cooker and electric cooker, kettle, microwave oven, plenty of lights, awning, lighting is also outside under the awning - coloured lights. The caravan is basically equipped - in the kitchen there are pots, plates, cups, glasses, bowls, frying pan, sieve, cutlery, knives. The bed is made with clean sheets and there are clean towels and tea towels. Bed linen - blankets and pillows please bring your own.
The garden is located in the direct vicinity of the castle, the castle park and the black Kladruby horses. In the forest, which is about 500m away, there is the Cat's Castle, the Bára lookout tower, a climbing area in the treetops for children, a playground and a kiosk with refreshments, about 300m from the Bára is a forest gym. There are plenty of paths for cyclists and walkers in the forest. Ideal for families with children, cyclists, hikers Ideal for families with children, cyclists, hikers. There is a nice view and beautiful nature. Nearby is the Zoo Bítovany about 7km from the property, Kladruby nad Labem 35 km away. There is a castle, old Kladruby whites (250 horses) - stables, beautiful nature.
For horse lovers are also possible to ride horses after agreement with the owner of the land.( We have our own stables 15 km from the garden).
Shorter stays are possible throughout the year, they do not have to be for a whole week. Departures from the property can be later in the afternoon if there is no new follow-up booking on that day.
There is a tin garage on the property and a fridge with a small freezer can be used in the garage. There is a charcoal grill, fire pit, electric cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave, crockery (plates, glasses, mugs, bibs, pots). Everything is washed and prepared in plastic boxes for you. Concrete table which is located outside next to the metal garage is used for example for storage and washing dishes, also for cooking on the el. You can also use it for cooking on the stove, or for connecting the kettle or microwave oven. There is a plug above the table and two shorter extension cords in the garage. There is a garbage can. Inside and to the side of the garage there are sockets and switches to switch on the motion halogens to light the property.
Outside on the property there is a fire pit, firewood,sandbox and birdbath. There are also three swings, a trampoline,pergola with seating. One more garden session is outside outside the pergola, children's tables and chairs, two slides. Mobile toilet with chemical toilet for 100l, second toilet is toi toi for 340litres. There is a tap with drinking water and a hose.There is no bathroom on the property yet.
The electricity connection for the caravan is in the immediate vicinity of the caravan parking space
There is a fast food outlet 10 metres below the garden where you can indulge in ice cream, draught beer,limo, hot dogs, sausage, chips, and lots of other goodies.
It is also possible to arrive on the property with your own caravan or tent. It is therefore possible that you will meet other campers on the property.
