ONLY ONE RESERVATION is allowed on the property, so you will enjoy complete privacy. Only obedient pets under the owner's control are allowed - sheep graze near the property. The fire pit is for short term roasting only. Please note that long campfires are not permitted here. Dry wood is provided.
The price includes a local tax on the stay (30 CZK/person/night), which is payable to the municipality.
The property is located on the edge of a meadow, under mature trees. A small brook flows right next to the property and nice Cameroonian sheep graze nearby.
Near the plot there is a restaurant (about 100 m) and the Ydykseb riding school (about 200 m).
The land is ideal for lovers of peace, nature and hiking. A short walk away is the Black Heron Trail, which invites for pleasant walks.
It is also a great starting point for a hike up Lysá hora - from the Čapí trail you can turn onto the yellow and then red hiking trail, after which you can visit Satinské waterfalls, refresh yourself in the oldest pub in the Beskydy U Veličků and walk around Ondrášovy dier to Lysá hora.
There is also a cycling route along the Ostravice River that will take you across the Ostrava rapids to the famous Beskydy Brewery. From there you can continue to the Šance dam, Masaryk Valley, or further to Gruň or Bílý Kříž.
From here you can easily reach Frýdlant nad Ostravicí, where you will find a swimming pool, shops and the Kotelna sports and relaxation centre with an indoor swimming pool and wellness centre.

Feeding the sheep is prohibited.
Please observe quiet hours at night and follow the rules for proper behavior in nature.

- I acknowledge that use of the property is at my own risk, meaning it is my sole responsibility, and that the Provider bears no liability whatsoever for loss, theft, or damage to property, nor for any injury or accident caused for any reason to me or to others who are using the land with me, and that the Provider is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters. If I or others using the property with me suffer such harm while using the property, I hereby declare and agree that I will not assert any claims for damages against the Provider, nor for any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary harm, should such harm occur to me or to others who use the property with me.
- I undertake to prevent damage to the Provider’s property, the property of other applicants, or the property of third parties. The Provider bears no liability if I or others using the land with me cause harm to a third party or third parties. I acknowledge that I am liable for damage caused to the Provider’s property or the property of other users or third parties in accordance with applicable laws.
- I am aware that I am responsible for the people and animals using the property with me, and that children must not be left unsupervised by adults.
- I agree to respect all other terms and obligations arising from the booking, in particular to observe quiet hours, maintain order and cleanliness, and follow the Provider’s instructions.

A very well-maintained property with a stream. It’s incredibly peaceful 😃. There’s an excellent restaurant just a stone’s throw away.
